Taking back control – a Self Help Guide

Living with  lifelong hypopara can be challenging but educating yourself about your condition will help you to feel back in control. Learn how to manage your levels, feel better and get healthier so you can lead the best life you can.

Do you know….

  • which factors can affect your calcium level?
  • when and how to take your medication?
  • what that ‘inner trembling’ means?
  • why you feel so anxious?
  • who to talk to?

This practical guide will explain everything you need to know to help you manage this confusing condition and keep your calcium levels as stable as possible. It has been compiled using advice from our medical advisors, from research and relevant articles and from our own proven experiences over many years as patients. It offers invaluable information that has never been published before.

This site is an absolute life saver for people with this debilitating condition.

It is run by a totally selfless woman, Liz Glenister, who lends invaluable support to us all, giving helpful and useful advice at all times, despite suffering greatly herself.

I don’t know how she does it but she inspires us all to achieve as much as we can, and for that I am extremely grateful.

We look forward to meeting you!
